WHEN DO YOU ARRIVE / STAY UNTIL?

We know there are a lot of photographers and videographers out there that like to put a time limit on their coverage... We'll thats just not our style! We'll stay from prep - party. We usually arrive at bridal prep around 2 hours before you leave for your ceremony and stay around 30 mins after your first dance. It's super important to us to capture your guests having a 'boogie' on the dance floor and taking a shot or two at the bar!

WE'RE NOT CONFIDENT IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA

We know this one is a statement but it's a statement most couples have in common. The first thing we do in an engagement session is give you permission to feel awkward for the first few minutes. Unless you're on the catwalk with Tyra Banks on a regular bases, we don't expect you to know it all and neither should you! This is just about being on a date with a third wheel, our cameras! Don't worry, we'll guide you through it all.

SHOULD WE HAVE AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?

100% Yes! The engagement session is one of our favourite parts of our time together because it gives you both a chance to be in front of the camera before you get married, which is going to make your wedding day experience feel so smooth, seamless and comfortable. Great tip - Book your hair and make-up trial on the same day as your engagement session and you'll have the perfect photos and experience!

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?

First and foremost, let's check we still have your date available! Perfect, it's available- We can either schedule a phone call to get to know one another or have a good catch up via emails, it's your call! Once we determine that we would be a good fit, we'll send over all the details you need to secure your date with a 30% deposit. Whilst you continue to plan your journey down the aisle, we'll be there to help you with anything you need!

WE'VE JUST BOOKED AND PAID OUR DEPOSIT!

Woohoo, you've just checked off some major to-dos on that wedding planning list (like hiring your wedding photographer & videographer) so let’s take a moment to celebrate that! We'll send you confirmation of your booking and a wedding guide to help you plan your dream wedding.

IT'S GETTING CLOSE!

After you've met with your wedding planner or venue organiser, we'll send you a link to complete our online booking form which allows us to gather all the information we'll need to run though at our pre-wedding meeting. This is the perfect time to let us know all the Pinterest dreams you have! Feel free to reach out any time you have a question. We're here for you!

TODAY'S THE DAY!

You've done the planning, streamed the dress and tried all the cakes the bakery has to offer... Lets do this! We typically arrive two hours before your ceremony and photograph / film until your coverage ends. We'll be sure to check you have all the footage you want before joining you at the bar for a drink at the end of the night.

WHEN CAN I SEE THE PHOTOS & FILMS

Wedding Photography has a 4-6 weeks delivery time, while wedding Films take slightly longer and are 6-8 weeks. All of your photos & films are delivered online in a private gallery where you will download the full resolution images. Our couples always receive a sneak peek or two from all sessions! It's just too exciting not to share right away!
